BeFC sustainable fuel cells are in the Top 20 innovations of the Climate & Energy, Finance & Prosperity, and Industry & Infrastructure themes. As a finalist, we will proceed to the next round of the Blue Tulip Awards.
All innovative technologies competing were judge on impact, business model, innovativeness, scalability and responsibility.

In 2020, the program reached out to more collaborators, strengthen their partnerships and innovation by rebranding their name from Accenture to Blue Tulip Awards. The Dutch Nation is known for developing and cultivating many tulip varieties, but an entire blue tulip is still, as of to date, unachievable. The name of the award is a symbol representing their pursuit of world-changing innovations.
BeFC is still competing in the Blue Tulip Awards among the last 20 finalists. Next steps include an exclusive pitch workshop by Boom Chicago, in preparation for the Walk the Talk event.
