Wolfgang Mildner is the owner of MSWtech, a consulting company focusing on applications in the field of printed electronics with customers especially abroad, e.g. in other European countries (Austria, Spain), India and USA. He is currently working part-time as network manager of the Helmholtz Institute Erlangen for the SolarTAP Project to grow the industrial network.
Wolfgang Mildner was managing director of PolyIC (a leading printed electronics company) from 2004 to 2014. Prior to that, Wolfgang Mildner held various business positions for Siemens (new business development, industrial PC business unit, failsafe PLC and others). Wolfgang Mildner was responsible for a number of projects turning promising technologies into business.
Wolfgang Mildner studied and received his diploma in computer science at the Technical University of Erlangen.

• General Chair of LOPEC (largest event for printed electronics).
• Member of the research committee of 3D MID (Mechatronic Integrated Devices).
• Member of the Executive Education Advisory Board and lecturer of the MBA program at TU Munich.
• Member of the jury of the Bavarian Business Plan Competition.
