After graduating from ECAM Lyon with an engineering degree in mechanics, Norbert started his industrial career in the automotive industry, specializing in industrializing production equipment in the field of assembly and stamping.
After a move to the medical device industry, he held various positions within a manufacturing plant. Throughout these 17 years Norbert has acquired significant experience in the fields of process management, industrialization (as a project lead) maintenance management and engineering (lead). Norbert has consequently built-up a deep understanding of both industrialization and industrial needs.
He now aims to transfer this knowledge within the context of new product development and supporting BeFC’s sustainability objectives as Chief Industrialisation Officer.
As a Chief Industrialization Officer, Norbert manages the transition of products / process from prototypes to industrial production systems, making sure that Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost are included at the right level. He is also in charge of defining the industrial strategic roadmap of the company.
